Special agent Vic McPherson is known to many as the female hero from her adventures in Still Life, the hit from 2005. In the long awaited sequel Still Life 2, she is hunting down serial killers with more determination than ever. It is Autumn 2008. A new victim of the East Coast Killer has been discovered in Maine. Paloma Hernandez, a journalist that loves to talk trash about the FBI, is also present. In spite of their rivalry, she wants to meet agent McPherson to sign an exclusive on the investigation. Irritated, Vic rejects the proposal, but at the same time the killer knocks on Paloma’s bedroom door… What will this lack of judgment cost Vic McPherson?
