In Tales of Berseria, players embark on a journey of self-discovery by taking on the role of Velvet, a young woman whose once-sweet personality has been replaced by an exacerbated anger and hatred resulting from a traumatic experience three years before the events of Tales of Berseria. Velvet will join a band of pirates who sail the seas and tour the different islands that make up the sacred kingdom of Midgand in this new adventure developed by the famous team of the Tales of saga. Mutsumi Inomata, the veteran character designer of Tales of, has personally made Velvet’s design, and the famous ufotable Japanese animation studio returns to encourage the game’s breathtaking cinematics with its unique style of telling epic and moving stories.
